Randy Beverly Jr. is an American football head coach and distinguished figure in video game design, software development and sports and entertainment technology.

Randy has been credited on over 40 games across several household name publishers and indie game studios. He is known for his innovative work in both North America and Europe. Randy significantly contributed to Electronic Arts' John Madden NFL Football game franchise, earning the State-of-the-Arts Achievement Award for his AI design for the game. As EA's first Lead Game Designer, he shaped the game's direction. 

Randy pioneered the first virtual reality training program for the NFL and subsequently transformed athlete and coach training methods. Additionally, Randy co-founded Beast Studios and helped established Tribes Studio, expanding his impact on the gaming industry in Europe.

Beyond gaming, his passion for American football led him to a successful professional coaching career both overseas and in the United States.
